Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.  Kick Boxercise and Boxercise classes include padwork and circuit training formats.

A class to suit a wide range of ages and abilities that will improve your body awareness, balance, co-ordination and flexibility.

CoreAblity uses the best of traditional methods such as Yoga and Pilates and mixes it up with the latest in functional training to create a class that will challenge your whole body in both dynamic and static exercises.

As class numbers are small, exercises are adapted to suit each individual so this class is suitable for older people and absolute beginners as well as advanced exercises or those wishing to improve sports performance.

     SATURDAYS 9.00AM - 10.00AM - BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE

A great fun, easy to follow circuit class to tone your body and burn fat. 3D Circuits combines cardio and resistance training for a whole body workout. 

The class is suitable for a wide range of abilities, the circuit stations can be performed at different levels. Work to your own personal best and take part in free fitness tests to see your own progress.

Cost - £45 per month payable by standing order

 

NON-MEMBERSHIP – PAY AS YOU TRAIN

Pay £5.50 per class or

Buy a book of 10 class vouchers for £48 = £4.80 per class

Private sessions @ £35 per hour
