Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.  Boxercise and Kick Boxercise classes include Aerobox, Aerokick, Padwork, Bootcamp and Circuit Training formats and are suitable for beginners up to advanced exercisers.
Circuits include a wide range of cardio training including padwork, plyometrics, step and much more. We mix this up with some great conditioning exercises, using, free weights, Kettlebells, Powerbags, Body Bars, Medicine Balls and bodyweight training.
